J’adore Jambu: Women’s Shoes for Winter (+ Fall too!)

Women's shoes are a fashion necessity. But even more than that, they're an investment in your most important asset-your feet!

They are designed to protect, support, and accommodate the shape of each foot type. Women who want great quality and comfort need to invest in their feet and take care of them with the right footwear.

TL;DR – My picks for fall and winter shoes:

When the temperature starts to drop and the leaves start to change colors, it's time to break out the fall and winter shoes! For me, there are 2 shoe types that every woman should have in their closet: slip-ons and boots.

One of the most popular styles for colder weather is slip-ons. They're comfortable, versatile, and stylish. They can be worn with virtually any outfit and they're super easy to slip-on and off. This is the main reason why slip-ons are one of my favorite shoe styles.

When choosing slip-ons, focus on comfort first. You don't want to wear shoes that are too tight or too loose. The memory foam will also provide comfort to your feet as you wear them throughout the day.

Here are some styles that will keep you warm and let you walk around comfortably:

Jambu Torino

These loafers are perfect for winter. The faux-fur lining will keep your feet warm, and the stylish design will keep you looking chic. I wore them for Thanksgiving at my sister's. Four hours and 30 minutes in the car, all day on my feet visiting with my family, and a four-hour and 30-minute drive home, my feet didn't even notice!

Jambu Creek

From urban to suburban, these slip-ons offer everything you need from shopping a mall to wandering a historic downtown or heading to a restaurant with friends and family. They are stylish yet adventurous too! I took mine to Durham for the day while scoping out hotels and shops in the area.

Maple Eco Vegan

You don't have to choose between being eco-conscious and stylish. This comfort-forward slip-on is a great everyday shoe. For colder days when I am out and about, I wear a thin sock for extra warmth.

The second pair of winter shoes I recommend is boots! This is a fall/winter essential. You can never have too many boots in your closet! Tall or short, mid-calf or ankle…the options are endless when it comes to choosing a boot that will fit with any outfit and personality type.

It's not easy finding the perfect boot for winter. But you've got to make sure your feet are taken care of, especially when the weather starts to become colder.

The first thing you should do when buying winter boots is to find the right size. This is important so they fit your feet comfortably, which will keep your feet dry and warm. You also need to consider the type of weather you are in. A boot with a sealed seam or waterproof material will protect your feet from slush, rain, and snow.

Boots are a winter essential. They'll protect your feet, keep you warm, and make sure you look good too! When choosing the boots that will fit your style and needs, consider the following factors:

  • Comfort
  • Sealed seams/waterproof material
  • Style (tall, short, slim, etc.)
  • Weather resistance (cold, snow)

Jambu Eagle

These boots are perfect for the fall/winter season. They're cute, comfortable, and fashionable! You'll look good while feeling good at the same time! This is one of the most important things to consider when buying shoes. It's always better to be wearing shoes you love rather than ones that are uncomfortable and you don't like. These are my go-to shoes for all my winter travels!

Jambu Chelsea

In the colder months, one of the most important things to have in your wardrobe is a good pair of rain boots. Most people don't think about rain boots, but since moving to the East Coast, I can tell you they are a necessity!

When shopping for winter rain boots, it's important to consider the following factors:

  • Warmth: The most important thing about winter rain boots is that they keep your feet warm and dry. Look for boots that are made from waterproof materials.
  • Comfort: It's important to find a pair of boots that are comfortable to wear. Make sure the boots have a good insole that will keep your feet warm and prevent them from slipping.
  • Design: When choosing a design, it's important to consider the style of the rest of your wardrobe and what will match best. Look for rain boots with simple designs rather than ones with lots of embellishments. I wear a lot of navy but decided to go for green as a fun accent color.
