When the adult coloring pages trend appeared a few years ago I was a big fan. I am not very creative when it comes to being able to draw or create graphics, but I can color in those lines with the best of them and I find coloring to be relaxing. Admittedly, I hadn’t thought of coloring pages for a while, but with this thing that is impacting us all over the world, it felt like something that I wanted to do again.
I have been working with Linden Eller to create illustrations for some of my blog posts and I reached out to her to work on creating free printable Paris coloring pages based on illustrations we’ve already created (as well as a few we have completed but haven’t released). Lindsay was totally on board and she converted our illustrations into this set of printable adult coloring pages or coloring sheets, depending on your preferred label, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how they turned out!
You can get the complete pdf here.
What’s Inside the [Free] Paris Coloring Pages PDF
Coloring Page 1 – Passage Couvert Paris
This is a converted illustration from my blog posts on the covered passages that you can find throughout Paris. Built towards the end of the 18th century these shopping arcades were built to protect pedestrians from the elements. There are 25 that still exist and Lindsay and I chose one of my favorites, Galerie Vivienne as inspiration for my illustration and the first coloring page included in my Paris coloring book!
Coloring Page 2 – Rainy Day Paris
This illustration hasn’t been published yet, but I wanted to include it in the book. The post will cover what to do in Paris on a rainy day and will be coming later in the year. (As you can see, I am a prolific planner and know a lot of the Paris posts I am going to write/publish this year!).
Coloring Page 3 – Paris Arrondissements
This coloring page comes from the converted Paris Arrondissement Guide that I created to help my readers understand the distinct personalities for each of the 2o arrondissement as well as some of the highlights of what you can find in them. If you are a talented drawer, you may be able to draw in some of your favorites and color those too!
Coloring Page 4 – A Typical French Breakfast
This post on a typical French breakfast continues to be one of my most popular ones so I could not resist including it! Also, sometimes when it comes to coloring I just want to do one that is quick and simple as a brief respite, rather than a more intricate one that may take hours or that I may have to finish it in a couple of sessions.
Coloring Page 5 – Paris Street Scene
This particular illustration is not one that I worked on with Lindsay, but I found it a while ago on Creative Market and liked it so I licensed for use in this coloring book. I hope you enjoy the addition!
Coloring Page 6 – Paris Rooftop View
This is another illustration that is going with a future blog post on the best rooftop views in Paris. There are a lot of different elements to color and have fun with!

That’s it! My first coloring book, a pdf (Free!) with Paris Coloring Pages that are printable. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did in creating them! Please do let me know if you use them, I would love to see complete pages!
How about you? Do you enjoy adult coloring? Do you have a suggestion to include in my next Paris Coloring Pages? Do share!

This is beautiful! What a wonderful idea. I’m not one for coloring myself, but at one of my previous jobs I ran activities in a dementia care unit. Some of the residents absolutely loved coloring – it was one of the few things they could still do independently and it brought them a lot of calm and joy. In the afternoons we’d sit down in small groups to color and it always brought out some great memories from the residents as we’d structure a conversation around whatever we were coloring that day. I was always on the lookout for good, clear coloring pages when I worked there and these totally would have fit the bill. This could inspire some great reminiscing among people with dementia who’ve traveled to Paris when they were younger. You should totally share these with your local nursing homes or memory care units!

@Sarah, I think this is one of the kindest comments that anyone has ever left me and it is clear that you are a loving and generous spirit! I had not thought about this angle of dementia, my own grandparents suffered greatly from this disease prior to their deaths. I will most definitely reach out to the local homes and units and share these!

I love the coloring page of all the Paris neighborhoods. I always get confused as to which one is which and it outs me as a mouthbreather. Hopefully, after a few rounds of coloring the map, I can keep this secret under my hat for just a little while longer.

What a cool idea! My mom loved doing these although the more abstract kind. But there are a lot of adults out there who find this a great creative and de-stressing outlet. Good for you for making this happen!

What a cool idea! My mom loved doing these although the more abstract kind. But there are a lot of adults out there who find this a great creative and de-stressing outlet. Good for you for making this happen! And Paris was my last trip in late January before the pandemic. So looking at these makes me happy and sad at once!
