Best Burgers in San Francisco
Whether it is cheeseburgers, veggie burgers, or good old fashion “regular” burgers there are plenty of good spots in San Francisco. May is National Burger Month and I thought I would celebrate by sharing some of my posts I've written about one of my favorite food groups!
I wrote a post for Groupon's San Francisco blog sharing a sampling of some of San Francisco's Best Burgers, it was hard to narrow it down, but I've got some good ones in there!

Two of my favorite burgers happen to be veggie burgers which I shared in my San Francisco for Vegetarians post.
I've also interviewed a tech geek obsessed with burgers. His passion was the genesis for Burgerator a geo-targeted app that helps you find the best burgers in your neighborhood. It takes all kinds, and we get to benefit!

If you are heading to Paris and find yourself craving a burger you are in luck, new burger shops are popping all the time. My pal Lindsey of Lost in Cheeseland is a fan and she has blogged about great burgers on numerous occasions. Wow the burger in the photo looks so good. It would be fun to travel across the country and try different burgers.
I agree with Lindsey on the burger photo! It looks amazing! I love experimenting w/ my burgers but the hubs does not. Give him a regular cheeseburger w/ just mayo, ketchup and mustard & he’s good to go..LOL

I recently had Five Guy burgers and it was delicious!!

Wow. Now I’m hungry for a burger! That looks SO good. I haven’t had a good juicy burger in years (gallbladder issues) so that is mouthwatering!

Burgers are mine and my husband’s favorite. We would love to get to San Fran to try a couple of these.
Burgers are so good! I have found some great local burger places. My favorites have cheese, bacon and bbq sauce!
Ohh I’d love to try out some veggie burger spots. I actually haven’t tried very many of them.

Oh that burger looks so delicious, the burgers in San Fran sound SO good! I have burger patties in the freezer but no buns – bad luck for me 🙁

we’re pretty obsessed with burgers and found some great ones in LA… not so much in Vegas. We’re hoping we can in SD, but it seems like it’s all about the Mexican food here! 🙂 I had an amazing burger in SF.. and now I cannot think of the name of the place for the life of me. 🙂 We were doing a west coast burger road trip.. and the two in Portland were awful.. but the one we stopped at in SF was amazing!

My family loves burgers. It’s something we eat year round. Those San Fran burgers look ah-mazing!
Your pics have me starving now! I am thinking burgers for lunch is a distinct possibility.
No matter where I’m going, I usually want a burger sometime that week. They are my favorite food choice next to cheesy enchiladas. Would it be wrong of me to make a trip to San Francisco just to try one of these burgers?!?

Ok – now I’ll be craving a burger all day! Wish they would open a shop in St. Louis so I wouldn’t have to travel all the way to San Fran for one.
I am one of those rare ones that is not too fond of burgers. I don’t know why, but my Hubby and kid certainly make up for my lack of this fetish. They love burgers!!! Thanks for sharing your references to the best burger joints. I will have to let them know to check it out!
@Cara, I don’t eat them all the time and I love all kinds, have you tried a veggie or salmon burger? Maybe you would like that better?
That burger in the picture looks so good. I love trying burgers at the different places I travel. I would love to visit San Francisco someday and try a burger there.
Id love to see how SanFran compares to Wisconsin!! We have some amazing burger places that have put our cities on the map for foodies!!

I love burgers. Whether it’s hamburger, chicken burger or turkey burger — I am so lovin it! I did have the opportunity to have a burger made with ground lamb. I am not sure if there was a special name for it, but it was very very delicious!! 🙂

I love hamburgers grilled out on the grill. This the best way to prepare them!
