Watching | Series…
> In anticipation of our move to Raleigh we switched our cell provider and received Disney+ for free for a year so we immediately completed The Mandalorian series we had accidentally started last month! I have also been keeping up with season 4 of This is Us and season 3 of Will & Grace. I am also revisiting Scandal from the beginning and I have saved up season 6 of Grace & Frankie for today's road trip!

Reading | Older but Better
> I mentioned Older, but Better, but Older: From the Authors of How to Be Parisian Wherever You Are in my turning 50 post and it definitely cheered me up and caused lots of smiles and giggles. With the move, I have had zero free time to read much more than that.

Best Bite |Vietnamese Noodle Bowls

> Our luck that a really good Vietnamese restaurant just opened up by our house. I mean right-out-of-Vietnam-spiced-right-good Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio bowls with lemongrass chicken that is to die for. If you are near Happy Valley Road and Lake Pleasant Parkway in Peoria, check out Hello Vietnam Pho & Roll! We wish we could have had more time to explore their massive menu!

Working On | Not going stir crazy
We will be staying in some temporary digs for about 3 weeks once we get to Raleigh (road trip!) so we are looking at some weekend trips that will allow to check out either the coast or the mountains while we wait to get into our new home.

Feeling | Excited!
> I am super excited to be moving to Raleigh, all the possibilities – such an amazing town and region!

Planning | Rebuilding my Network
> Just like when I moved to Phoenix, I'll be working on getting to know local bloggers in the Raleigh area and explore local brands and artisans as well. It took me a while to build up a large network in San Francisco and I was just starting to make traction in Phoenix, but I know I can do it again in Raleigh!

Loving | Award Season
> Can't help it, comes from my many years working at Dolby Labs, I love award season! I got to work the Oscars and the Grammys so those 2 have a sentimental place in my heart, but I have also watched the Golden Globes and SAGs with keen interest. I have seen a lot of the nominated movies this year, except Parasite which I hope to see asap.

My Favorite Photo | My Delsey at the State View

Andi with her Desley Medium Hardcase Luggage in the State View Hotel

A few weeks ago Mr. Misadventures and I stayed in the stunning State View Hotel in Raleigh on the NC State campus. I loved the decor and it was fun to be “back at “school.” It was also a cool spot to capture my tried-and-true Delsey.

That's my month, what's CURRENTLY going on with you?
