My Coffee Story

In my 30's I moved to Switzerland for work and was introduced to the Swiss brand Nespresso. All my meetings started or ended with an espresso with colleagues - my days were wired!

San Francisco

Once back in the US, I worked in San Francisco which has an endless variety of coffee shops and roasters. It's where I was introduced to Counter Culture coffee.

“It’s amazing how the world begins to change through the eyes of a cup of coffee.”

Phoenix has a good coffee scene with excellent independent roasters like Cartel and some very cool coffee shops like Changing Hands and Berdenas.

North Carolina

Little did I know when I discovered the Coffee Cultures shop in San Francisco that I would end up living in the state where Counter Culture coffee is based!
