Traveler Tuesday – Sandy & Vyjay of Voyager
Sandy and Vyjay are an amazing travel couple who travel the world exploring every corner they can while remaining mindful of the impact they have on the world. Sustainable travel is important to them and while they seek out new experiences through culture, art and food, they do it responsibly.
Let’s meet travel bloggers Sandy & Vyjay!
[1] When and how did you become a traveler?
We are a Travel Blogger Couple and coincidentally both of us had the passion for travel inculcated in us right from the time we were kids as our parents kept moving from place to place. When we became a couple the travel fever just doubled and continues to this day.
[2] What kind of traveler do you define yourself as?
We actually do not want to straitjacket ourselves. However, we are mostly luxury and adventure travelers.
[3] What do you love most about traveling?
New sights, new experiences, and new learnings make travel one of the most exciting experiences in the world.
[4] What do you dislike about traveling?
There is not really anything that we dislike about travel. Yes it is not always hunky-dory and unforeseen challenges may crop up from time to time, but that only adds to the thrill of travel.
[5] Why should people travel?
We feel that travel is a great leveler and a great source of education as well. Traveling is a catalyst that transforms individuals who end up having a broader outlook of the world. Not to forget the fun part of travel.
[6] What famous person would you like to travel with?
If we could travel back in time then we would like to travel along with Marco Polo on his exploration of Asia and probably help him as he chronicles his travels!

[7] Travel essentials – 3 things you always travel with.
Camera, Shades, and Power Bank.
[8] If you’re a foodie, what's your favorite food city? Do you have a restaurant recommendation?
We love Delhi which has a wide range of vegetarian food on offer, we absolutely love its street food.
[9] What's one location on your bucket list?
Iceland is the stuff that our dreams are made of, we would love to get there to watch the Northern Lights someday.
[10] Do you have a piece of advice for bloggers starting out?
Try to focus on turning out unique content and personalize your writing style so that you stand out from others.

This is one of our dreams to travel together with my small family, my husband and my daughter. I wonder for how long have they been traveling and how about their source of income and how do they manage their expenses on traveling?
Thanks for your comment Mary. We are sure your travel dreams will take flight very soon. We have now been traveling for 10 years and more. We have had our regular full-time jobs and fortunately, even our jobs involved some amount of travel. We made use of our weekends and holidays to travel. So we still had and have our regular source of income. 🙂
I agree about travel being a great educator! I love her reasons for travel!
I love to travel. It’s great if couples and families can afford to travel together, it can be a very enriching and educational experience.
Reading this blog is giving me some very interesting places to travel now that my husband and I can. Traveling is exciting!
My husband has been nudging me to want to make travel plans more often. Once our kids get a bit older, we hope to be able to travel like this.
Traveling is definitely a great learning environment. It is one of the reasons I love to travel so that I can learn about new cultures and experiences.
What a great interview!!! I just love traveling. One of my passions in life. We’re always trying to plan our next adventure
I agree that travel could be a great source of education. We hope to travel more often now that we are homeschoolong our youngest kiddo.
It was our pleasure being featured on the Traveler Tuesday series, Andi. Thanks for providing us an opportunity to turn the searchlight on ourselves and delve deep into our selves and introspect about many things.
We don’t travel very often, but I love to travel and see new areas that I otherwise wouldn’t be able to see. We enjoy a nice vacation. This looks like a nice place to visit.
