J’adore #54

Two weeks in a row, I know…..I am on a roll! With the holiday season approaching there are tons of really fun products out there, all catching my eye as I travel across the interwebs. Makes it easy to write J'adore posts!

I am not one for traditional photo frames. I have none on my desk at work and only one in our entire house. I just saw this Polaroid frame tea bag on PhotoJoJo and totally want to make one! It is such a unique way to display photos.

As a traveler, I take a lot of photos of the trips I go on. But just like most of the people in my online network, I take photos to document my life every day. I put the photos on this blog and on social media sites, but everything is pretty much online. That's why when I spotted a post about Artifact Uprising on C'est Christine's blog I was intrigued.

The thought of turning my online efforts into a book, a postcard, or a calendar catches my fancy. Of course, there are companies out there that do this already, but I love the philosophy of the company – their belief system, the fact that they use recycled materials – it all speaks to me and I am definitely going to be creating something.

Someday I want a room where I can add a giant wall sticker reminding me of the place I love. But until then, I will just silently pin these to Pinterest with a smile! If you've got that room now (bravo) check out this Eiffel Tower one from Icon WallStickers.

I don't keep my obsession with Sex and the City a secret. I love the show and re-watch it often. I want to lead a SATC Paris tour and will go to SATC 3, 4, and 5 if they ever make more of the movies. I have never had a SATC party but ran across this gift box from HBO. If I ever want to send a gift to a fellow SATC fanatic, I will send this!

That’s it for this edition of J’adore, a few of my recent favorite finds as I travel the web!

How about you? What are you currently adoring?

  1. Fun picks Andi!
I have been intrigued by boxes delivered to homes that include chef’s favourites or holiday goodies for foodies. One I am interested in, TryTheWorld.com, features different food from a designated city/country of the world. They only deliver within the USA as of right now but have found a similar Canadian version at FoodiePages.ca.

  2. I also spotted that post on C’est Christine and am very intrigued. I already sent the link to my mom (hint hint, Mom!). I also am a huge fan of SATC and love your idea of a Paris SATC tour!

  3. I’m obsessed with Artifact Uprising! Actually working on making a book of my time in Nice right now–so fun to revisit those old memories, and I’m looking forward to being able to share them with others too 🙂

  4. LOVE the wall sticker! I see these “embellishments” much more in European houses but it is nice to see them more here now.

  5. Cute idea, going to get it for my mom,she loves tea as much as I do.Today I am adoring my peace and quiet until my children get home from school.

  6. Oh my gosh…my husband would love you…not having any photo frames displayed. I have maybe about 10 in the house…ones that I just can’t part with but I’m not adding new ones. He says pictures are not decor and belong in a photo album. I agree to a point but I just can’t part with the ones displayed for sentimental reasons. 🙁

  7. I LOVE that Eiffel Tower sticker! What a fun idea for the right room. I know someone who would absolutely love this.
