While hunting around for a place to get passport photos for a visa (for Mr. Misadventures and not for me, sad face) we found an adorable French shop in Berkeley called La Bedaine with an amazing chef, Alain Delangle. He has an incredible resume including a stint at La Coupole. Chef Delange makes single-course fresh French meals, homemade pâté and sausages, including boudin, and French pastries to boot!
We picked up several things including this AMAZING rabbit pâté with plum and pistachio, we ate the entire thing with some fresh Acme levain bread and glasses of Pinot Noir, it became an unexpected pre-dinner snack, because after the first bite we had no choice but to finish the large slice that we had in front of us!
