(Not quite) Wordless Wednesday #182: EAT

Searsucker San Diego EAT

I want one of these signs for my kitchen!  This one was spotted at Searsucker in San Diego which I wrote about a few days ago.

How about you? Ever spotted something in a restaurant that you wanted?

Comments

  1. There’s a restaurant here in Kelowna with a huge wrap around blackboard above the kitchen which is decorated with as many famous quotes about food and wine as they can fit. I would love to do something similar on one wall in my dinning room.

  2. There was a restaurant not sure of the name but they had the most beautiful stained glass light fixture

  3. This dishes, I seem so great and funky plates and cups that I want to take home to replace the chipped, cheap stuff we eat off of!

  4. I always love visiting diners because of all the signs and old school furnishings. although, I’m not sure that I’d want to take any of it home with me, it might look a bit tacky and out of place!

  5. Heather martin says:

All the time! I live in Lancaster Co., PA A lot of our restrauntets have vintage and craft goods up for the tourtists. Thats nice, but meanwhile I’m lusting after that king size wedding-ring quilt that costs $1.000.

  6. Elizabeth Daming says:

    What a great sign!

  7. Yes there is a train track and train that goes all the way around this resteraunt in Russellville! I would love to have that for my son!

  8. Debbie Corbin says:

    i like this. good idea

  9. How cute!

  10. PRETTY NEAT SIGN–ALWAYS BRINGS OUT THE ATMOSPHERE!!!!!

  11. Mary Diehl says:

I love the sign and I’ve came across a few things while eating out that I’d of loved to take home with me. thanks for sharing this.

  12. Maddie K. says:

I always tend to notice the lights. I was in a diner the other day that had the nicest pendant light I’ve seen in some time. I wanted them!
