Bonjour!
There lots of places to track me down and keep up with all the action!
You can follow me on Twitter I tweet out some of the 400 blogs I read on a weekly basis; interesting articles I find as well as photos from Instagram and FourSquare check-ins! I check in on Facebook a couple of times a day and post Foodspotting photos and other fun things I find to keep you entertained. I am slightly addicted to Pinterest too and try to keep things going on Google+!
I blog daily so you'll want to subscribe to the RSS for this blog or get your posts straight to your email box.
It works both ways...you can drop me a line at MisadventuresWithAndi AT gmail DOT com with any questions or requests and I'll more than happily take them into consideration!
I love the texture! Very desert.
I was walking home yesterday and admiring the orange-yellow glow of the setting sun as it hit the backs of the soccer-field lightposts, and thinking how beautiful — and yet how industrial and not beautiful at all – but it was! The light was delicious.
@Lauren, the light of the sun in the golden hour makes everything so beautiful, industrial or not! These flowers weren’t very pretty until the sun hit them.
They are beautiful! Very desert indeed!
Beautiful!
I love this photo! It’s always difficult to photograph an earth tone set against the same color without the image turning out blah, but you captured it perfectly!
@Kristin, first off, your last three comments went into the spam folder – boo! Secondly, coming from you that is such a compliment – thanks!
Funny, the other Andi said the same happened to her–and then she went into my spam folder, as well. I feel like Akismet has REALLY ramped up the filtering (not in a good way)…so many of my long-time , regular commenters are being automatically flagged as spam. Wish there were a way to change that…
I love the sienna shade of your flowers. A friend of mine takes pictures of cracks in sidewalks and roads and has found some beautiful designs. Not many would find that “art” worthy.
Lovely photo… I can feel the sun!
We went to the “Baths” on Virgin Gorda several years ago. I have a photo of the rocks that are the size of small buildings leaning against each other. It is totally awe inspiring!
I think they are gorgeous. The colors, the lines. Very nice!
My son is only 11 but he likes to take these kinds of pictures – of just trees or light coming through the leaves or some berries left on a bush – I guess you’d call it “landscapes”. I have all of our photos over the years as my screen saver & I love seeing his unique view pictures come up. Sometimes even the blurry ones are keepers!
