The part I didn’t talk about in my post yesterday on my fried chicken adventures with Bakesale Betty is the fact that I got two sandwiches. Not two fried chicken ones, but their second offering, egg salad. I adore fried chicken but don’t eat it often. But I have a regular thing for eggs which I eat as often as I can!
The egg salad sandwich from Bakesale Betty is a good one, love the fact that it is served with arugula, my favorite green. I would add a bit more mustard or maybe some relish for a little zing, but that is just me.
